John Feenix is the driving force behind Team Phoneix. With over forty years of business experience advising some of the most powerful companies and influential business leaders, John now devotes his time primarily to consulting on our most pressing cases. Holder of three graduate level degrees and with experience in every aspect of business development and organization, John is much sought after in both business and government. Accordingly, John has selected a team of highly qualified senior analysts and consultants, whom he has personally trained to deliver the experience that he, himself, would. You may not be lucky enough to have John personally on your project, but he will be involved with your analyst every step of the way.
Our history
Decision analysis is a discipline that began in the 1970s to help organizations optimize complex decisions. Back then, this was a substantial loading on decision making, but now armed with new tools and technology, decision analysis can be a significant time saver. Team Phoenix does not attempt to tell our clients what the right decision is, instead we assist our clients in understanding how to make better decisions. We do this by assisting in formalizing the decision process, documenting the decision variables and providing metrics to assess decisions once they have been made. We add value by helping, rather than by directing.
